Wild Singing Workshop
Sing amongst the inspiring and ever-changing acoustics of nature in the great outdoors. Singing is proven to be good for our wellbeing, as is singing in a group and being in nature. Wild Singing brings all of this together, improving our health and nourishing the soul. Learn beautiful songs, simple harmonies, fun engaging warm-ups and good vocal technique.
Janice's workshops are all about singing to feel good. Suitable for special occasions, groups, festivals, staff wellbeing days, hen parties.
Singing in Healthcare Session
Improving quality of life through singing. Singing for Lung Health sessions focus on breath control, posture, mindfulness and reducing anxiety to help manage breathlessness (such as from COPD or asthma). Singing sessions for people living with dementia stimulate memories, evoke emotion and gently exercise the brain and body. Or book Janice to sing live jazz, swing, ballads and well-known songs old and new to engage, relax and have fun.
